Cancel a preview order
Open Your orders, select the relevant preview order, and choose Cancel preview order. Its status changes to Cancelled. You do not need to send a parcel or contact a payment provider.
Refunds in the preview
No money is collected, so no refund transaction takes place. A cancelled preview order remains in your history until you use the privacy deletion control.
Future live returns
Before live selling, each applicable return policy must identify eligibility, the return window, exclusions permitted by law, required product condition, return-shipping responsibilities, refund method and timing, and the process for damaged, defective, or incorrect goods. These commercial terms have not been set yet.
No statement here removes remedies available under applicable consumer law. Do not ship a product to an address that has not been supplied and confirmed by customer support.
