Who is responsible

Meta X Commerce is operated by MetaLedger Labs Private Limited. For privacy questions, correction requests, or concerns, email support@metaxcommerce.com. The company’s registered postal address and designated grievance contact have not yet been supplied for publication; these details must be completed before live sales.

What we collect and why

A random guest-session identifier keeps your bag, wishlist, saved address, and test orders separate from other visitors. You do not need a ChatGPT account or any sign-in. We store a one-way digest of the session token with the shopping records, while the token itself is held in a browser cookie.

If you choose to save an address or use test checkout, we collect the name, street address, city, and PIN code you enter. We use those fields to save the address and record the test order you requested. Use sample details while testing; this preview does not arrange delivery.

We store selected product IDs, quantities, order totals, creation times, and cancellation status to provide your shopping features. Product comparisons and recently viewed products stay in page memory for the current visit.

Our hosting infrastructure may process request information such as IP addresses, browser information, and error logs to deliver and protect the service. If you contact us by email, the information in your message is handled to address your request. Do not send passwords, card details, identity documents, or other unnecessary sensitive information.

Payments, marketing, and third parties

No card details, bank details, or real payments are collected in the current test checkout. We have not added advertising pixels, marketing analytics, or a mailing-list subscription service. We do not sell the shopping information collected by this store.

The application uses Sites hosting and Cloudflare infrastructure for delivery and database storage. Service providers may process information on our behalf where needed to operate, secure, or support the site. Their processing locations may differ from your location.

Amazon and other external links open third-party websites with their own privacy policies. We do not send your saved delivery address to Amazon when you click an original-listing link. No brand partnership is implied.

Cookies and keeping information

The essential guest cookie expires after 180 days unless you clear it sooner. That expiry is separate from database retention: clearing a cookie does not automatically delete previously saved records. Use the deletion control below before clearing cookies if you want to remove your saved shopping data.

Shopping records are kept while needed to provide your saved shopping features and can be removed using the controls below. Service-provider backups or security records may persist for their applicable operational retention periods. We will publish a specific business retention schedule before live transactions begin.

Your controls

You can edit your saved delivery address from the shopping profile. You can download your current guest-session data or delete its saved bag, wishlist, profile, and test orders using the controls on this page. Deletion cannot be undone.

These controls work only for the session held by this browser. After its cookie is lost or expires, we cannot use an email address to reconnect it automatically. You can contact support@metaxcommerce.com about access, correction, deletion, consent, or a privacy concern; identity verification may be necessary before acting on a request.

If you withdraw permission to keep optional delivery details, remove them using the deletion control or contact support. You may continue browsing without entering personal information. Rights under applicable law remain available to you.

Security, children, and changes

The site uses HTTPS in production, HttpOnly session cookies, server-side ownership checks, and input validation. No system can guarantee absolute security. Please avoid shared devices when saving personal information.

This store is intended for adult shoppers. We do not intentionally seek information from children. If a child has entered personal information, contact us so it can be addressed.

We will update this notice when the store’s data practices change, including before enabling payments, shipping, or optional analytics. The date on this page identifies the current version.
